Patch Repair - Sashiko Mend

Repair any hole or tear using a Sashiko/Boro mending technique; a running stitch, with a square shape finish, turn a gnarly rip into a thing of beauty.

Depending on the size and type of damage, your garment will be repaired using Japanese Kimono fabric in cotton with iron-on interfacing as the backing.

A note on sizing. The sizes indicated are the Sashiko area and not the size of the hole or rip. When selecting the size of the repair please opt for the next whole 1cm up to ensure the damage is covered completely, for example if the rip is 5cm then you would need to order an XS (5-7cm).
