Products
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit, exchange or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be in perfect condition with any tags intact and in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Services
Refunds are not applicable for our services unless;
We are unable to complete the work in the rare scenario that your item is received and we realise we cannot complete the work, we will remove the relevant charge from your order and return it to you with any other item(s) we have repaired/altered. If it is the only item in your order, then we will return it to you free of charge.
If you are not happy with the work please get in touch with us right away and we will open a case. An impartial assessment will take place, if granted the work will either be redone or if this is not possible, we will refund you the cost of the work and/or the cost of the garment, unless we are satisfied that the work has been carried out to the exact specification as detailed on our website or agreed in writing.
